Surpass the cargo revenue target from the assigned territory by optimizing cargo mix, increasing yield, and expanding distribution. Manage CSAs performance ensuring revenue targets are exceeded.

المسؤوليات

  • Exceed the set cargo revenue targets in the assigned territory
  • Identify new opportunities to grow sales through different channels
  • Conduct daily tele-sales and visits to key contacts in Cargo agencies
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with Cargo agents and CSAs
  • Provide training to sales agents on new products and systems
  • Conduct benchmark analysis on competitors’ position
  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance on monthly Cargo Sales Reports and invoices

المؤهلات

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5 years working experience in cargo sales and customer service, at least 3 of which in the airline industry
