We are seeking a Strategic Account Development Executive with deep experience in oil & gas and related process industries to drive growth and strategic engagement with key enterprise customers. This role focuses on delivering industrial software solutions that enable customers to optimize their capital asset lifecycle, manage complex enterprise data environments, and achieve operational excellence. This role is to be based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. **Key Responsibilities:** * Strategic Account Development: Build and execute account strategies for major oil & gas and process industry customers. * Consultative Selling: Understand customer business challenges and align Siemens software solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. * Solution Expertise: Promote CALM and EDM capabilities alongside Siemens’ broader portfolio for asset-intensive operations. * Growth Leadership: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion across multiple business units. * Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, industry specialists, and partners to deliver integrated solutions. **Qualifications:** * Enterprise software sales or strategic account management within oil & gas or process industries. * Strong understanding of capital asset lifecycle, data management, and digitalization trends. * Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with fluency in both English and Arabic. * Saudi / GCC market knowledge. * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
