A premier Real Estate Developer in Dubai is looking for a Senior Property Consultant to join their growing team. This position offers a dual-strategic focus: driving high-value direct sales while acting as the primary interface between the Developer and the external brokerage community. You will represent the developer's interests, ensuring projects are positioned correctly, managing inventory and pricing integrity.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the primary point of contact for external brokerage firms
- Brief partners on project updates, payment plans, and sales policies
- Manage inventory allocation and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for HNWIs and VIP clients
- Cultivate and maintain a private pool of repeat investors
- Drive early sales momentum during project launch phases
- Conduct professional site visits and presentations
المؤهلات
- 3–4 years of proven real estate sales experience specifically within the Dubai market
- RERA certification is preferred
