- Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism
- Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Process orders, returns, and refunds
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of customer service experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
