وصف الوظيفة
To oversee and manage the entire warehouse operation including inventory control, order dispatch, expiry management, inter-warehouse transfers, safety, and system accuracy (SAP). The Warehouse Manager ensures all warehouse functions are executed efficiently and aligned with company policies and SOPs while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service standards and product integrity.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the storage and distribution of goods in the warehouse, ensuring physical stock matches the SAP system at all times
- Supervise the loading and dispatch process; in coordination with the fleet team to organize vehicles by loading gate and order priority
- Manage the expiration tracking and FIFO process; follow up with Supervisors to ensure accurate execution and removal of expired items
- Lead the planning and execution of inventory counts (periodic and annual); reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data
- Ensure the warehouse layout is optimized for operational efficiency and safety, especially in cold storage zones
- Direct Supervisors during unloading activities; ensure incoming goods are matched against documentation and SAP entries
- Oversee inter-warehouse transfers, ensuring timely vehicle scheduling and accurate system documentation
- Ensure all stock movements are correctly logged in SAP and MegnaPrime; approve necessary adjustments with appropriate documentation
- Coordinate with IT to resolve any SAP system bugs or access issues for the warehouse team
- Review and submit the reports to the Head of Warehouses like, Daily & Monthly Stock Summary, Dispatch Accuracy Report, Expired and Near-Expiry Report…. Etc
- Implement the warehouse policies and SOPs and ensure that the warehouse is aligned with company goals and logistics standards
- Train supervisors and staff on warehouse safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and emergency protocols
- Manage and guide warehouse supervisors in daily operations, team planning, and task assignment
- Coordinate with the fleet team regarding customer delivery disputes, urgent stock needs, or rejected goods
- Compare customs declaration data with receiving documentation and report inconsistencies
- Coordinate with HR regarding warehouse manpower, attendance issues, and leave planning
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6 years in warehouse/logistics operations
- Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse leadership position
