Landscape Project Manager

Plan resources and distribute work to meet commercial targets, analyzing project progress against objectives. Conduct weekly/monthly planning with the CM and Project Engineers, ensuring compliance with company policies. Lead “Site Kick-off Meetings” for new projects. Review and understand contracts, including scope, exclusions, payment terms, and penalties.

- Handle site correspondence including clearance and variations
- Implement value engineering and cost control measures
- Provide weekly planning reports and conduct site walks
- Monitor project budgets versus actual
- Ensure timely project handover
