The Maintenance Supervisor leads all aspects of maintenance operations in NCC premises Kingdom wide. Responsibilities include ensuring policies and procedures are followed, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe work practices. The role involves supervising day-to-day maintenance of facilities such as clinics and satellite labs, establishing schedules, identifying resources, and supervising implementation of construction or refurbishment projects.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise the maintenance work of personnel engaged in day-to-day maintenance of NCC facilities
- Establish schedules and plan for providing maintenance services
- Contribute to the development of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for facilities maintenance
- Supervise implementation of corrective & preventive maintenance programs
- Participate in the preparation and administration of the maintenance budget
- Monitor and control supplies and stock of warehouse for maintenance
- Coordinate and supervise implementation of construction projects and refurbishment
- Conduct regular maintenance inspection of NCC premises
- Execute strict compliance of Safety, Health & Environment policies
- Update utilities database on regular basis
