The Last Mile Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the last mile delivery operations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. The role involves overseeing daily delivery activities, managing delivery teams, and improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

المسؤوليات

  • Run day-to-day last-mile delivery operations including scheduling and assigning drivers
  • Manage, train, and coach a team of drivers or delivery partners
  • Track and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize delivery management software to optimize routes
  • Actively solve problems such as courier breakdowns and delivery delays
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse/dark store teams
  • Enforce health, safety, and operational standards

المؤهلات

  • 3–5+ years in last-mile delivery operations, preferably in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or grocery
