SSC HR Solutions is looking for a Drilling Supervisor in Baghdad to oversee all drilling activities on-site. The role involves managing drilling crews, ensuring safety compliance, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring performance KPIs.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise all drilling activities on site and verify procedures
- Perform rig acceptance tests and verify TPI certification
- Lead and coordinate drilling crews to ensure consistent execution
- Implement and enforce site safety procedures and risk mitigation
- Resolve technical or operational problems quickly in the field
- Monitor drilling speed, efficiency, and quality KPIs
- Communicate with drilling, reservoir, and production engineers
- Prepare operation reports, incident logs, and cost reports
- Plan call-outs for drilling materials and personnel
المؤهلات
- Engineering bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of working experience in drilling operations
- IADC or IWCF certification
- English language mastery
