Director of Advisory

Lead the activities of the Advisory service line in the MESA region. Develop and implement the Advisory strategy with full P&L responsibility. Oversee commercial action plans and the application of commercial processes. Support business development and participate in bid reviews. Define and implement the organization of the service line. Lead and motivate the team in line with values. Oversee production quality and client satisfaction. promote innovation. Identify resource needs and contribute to recruitment. Prepare budget and forecast exercises. Monitor KPIs and propose improvement plans. Strengthen the SL's image through marketing and communication.
