Alternatif Bank is looking for a team member with experience in process analysis and RPA applications to manage, improve, and digitalize business processes.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze, model, and improve end-to-end business processes
- Create and manage process maps
- Define and report process performance metrics (KPIs)
- Design RPA and digital transformation projects
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- 6-8 years of experience in process management especially in banking
- Experience in process design using RPA technologies (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
- Knowledge of process modeling tools (ARIS, Visio)
