Procurement Category Manager - Riyadh

As a Procurement Category Manager, you will lead category strategies that improve margin, optimize cost, and ensure supply continuity.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute category strategies and annual category plans
- Lead sourcing projects including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and framework agreements
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive commercial outcomes
- Manage contracts, performance reviews, and supplier governance
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers
- Track value delivery, savings, and margin improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in procurement, focusing on strategic sourcing
- Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage
