As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the people, standards, customer experience, financial and operational management of stores in your area of accountability, and responsible to support, coach and develop your teams.

- Delivery of all pre agreed sales and KPI performance targets.
- Ensure exceptional retail and operational standards throughout Sephora stores.
- Provide leadership, support and direction to the store teams.
- Monitor store productivity and coach store managers.
- Identify talent to scale up potential Sephoraians for career progression.
- Manage retail operations compliant with Sephora policies.
- Conduct inventories and maintain updated records.
