We are seeking a HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for a food manufacturing factory with approximately 150 employees. This role involves handling HR documentation, UAE payroll, employee coordination, and workforce administration.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for factory employees
- Process UAE payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave management
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, medicals, and labor documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of staff
- Handle employee queries related to payroll and documentation
- Coordinate with PRO and finance teams
المؤهلات
- 2–3 years of HR operations experience in the UAE
- Experience in factory / manufacturing / labour-intensive environment preferred
- Good understanding of UAE payroll, WPS, and HR documentation
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
