We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving financial performance.

- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within the hospitality industry
- Experience in international restaurants (French, Italian, or Japanese cuisine)
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
