Data Analyst - Telemetry & Operations (On-site)

Decima International is looking for a driven and capable Data Analyst – Telemetry & Operations (Critical Infrastructure | Data Center Operations) to support clients by analyzing operational and telemetry data across critical infrastructure environments. You will play an integral role in analyzing real-time and historical operational data, validating telemetry signals, supporting incident investigations, and producing clear, evidence-based insights.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze real-time telemetry alerts and operational datasets to validate incidents
- Differentiate true events from false positives and duplicate alerts
- Prepare clear, data-backed incident summaries to support client and stakeholder response
- Track remediation actions, response timelines, and outcomes
- Identify recurring incident patterns and vendor performance trends
- Maintain accurate, auditable records of analyses, incidents, and findings
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a data analyst, operations analyst, or telemetry/monitoring-focused role
- Hands-on experience working with time-series data, logs, alerts, or event-driven datasets
