Sales Manager

Are you a driven, relationship-focused professional with a passion for growing business? We are looking for a Sales Manager who will generate revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and expand the hotel’s market presence across key segments.
المسؤوليات
- Proactively generating new business and managing existing corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade accounts.
- Developing and executing sales action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Conducting client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.
- Negotiating contracts, rates, and agreements in line with company policies.
- Working closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and demand strategies.
- Coordinating with Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of business.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying new opportunities.
- Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Government segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
