In this role you are expected to actively engage with the sales team to help achieve assigned revenue targets by providing technical support. Act as Qatar Airways product and process expert by supporting the team with daily complex sales operations tasks.
المسؤوليات
- Act as product knowledge expert for trade support tasks
- Assist Sales Operations Agents with queries and escalations
- Maintain and generate reports as required
- Processing of refunds, issuance/reissuance of tickets
- Make new reservations and changes to existing reservations
- Support Travel Agencies with reservations related activities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience in reservations/ticketing, sales support, group sales, tariffs, distribution, or business analysis
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of airline processes and systems (Amadeus, GDSes)
