Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Janabiyah, Northern, BH. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Managing employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Administering compensation and benefits programs
- Overseeing performance management processes
- Addressing employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Developing and delivering HR training programs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business
- At least 4 years of progressive HR experience
