Alaysary Institute is a specialized training institute focused on educational and family development. We are seeking a high-caliber professional who combines strong field presence, persuasive communication, and operational discipline. This is a field-driven and administrative position that requires direct engagement with institutions, decision-makers, and clients, as well as hands-on involvement in the institute's daily operations. Success in this role is measured by your ability to convert interest into signed contracts and actual revenue.

المسؤوليات

  • Conduct regular, structured field visits to targeted institutions (ministries, schools, authorities, organizations)
  • Meet with decision-makers to present the institute's profile and tailor service proposals
  • Handle inquiries and convert leads into confirmed clients through effective negotiation
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update a structured client database
  • Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure smooth delivery of training programs
  • Manage basic financial operations, including issuing invoices and following up on collections

المؤهلات

  • Strong personal presence and confidence in meetings and formal settings
  • Willingness and ability to perform intensive fieldwork
  • Demonstrated persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing capability
  • High level of reliability, discipline, and integrity
  • Prior experience in training, education, institutional sales, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage
