Project Director

Spearhead high-profile hotel and entertainment projects. Full responsibility for project strategy, planning, execution, and delivery. Ensure milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead multidisciplinary teams. Manage contractors and stakeholders. Oversee all phases of project planning and coordination. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation. Lead quality assurance and safety initiatives. Direct design and construction supervision. Maintain client relationships and drive value engineering. Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for cost control.

المؤهلات
- Minimum 20 years of experience
