Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel is seeking a Sales Coordinator for general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities include preparing documents, promoting brand image, and serving as a point of contact for clients.
المسؤوليات
- Perform general office duties (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
- Prepare sales-related documents (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders)
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- Gather materials and assemble information packages
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services
- Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Support team to reach common goals
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
