To effectively Supervise retail sales area to deliver sales targets, offer high level of customer service, and create a challenging and healthy environment where staff can develop. Manage staff to achieve cross sell ratio of 3.0 or greater.

المسؤوليات

  • Ensure adequate staffing of retail sales department and raise any concerns to BM
  • Provide input on CSO’s performance to the BM
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to CSO’s
  • Support BM in implementing retail sales change initiatives
  • Actively Sell / cross sell asset and liability products to new and existing Classic and advantage customer
  • Ensure retail sales performance meets KPI targets as per customer segments
  • Supervise CSO performance by participating in and leading daily retail sales team meetings
  • Attract new customers to branch through personal relations and existing customer referrals
  • Monitor CSO daily operations and provide necessary authorizations
  • Support CSO’s by serving customers during peak times
  • Assign tasks fairly to staff so that no work is left pending at day end
  • Ensure that activities adhere to audit, risk, legal and policy requirements
  • Identify staff training needs (products, systems, sales skills) and address them
  • Authorized Financial and Non-Financial transactions
  • Ensure proper control maintained for all unissued /undelivered credit cards, cheque books, Debit cards and PIN
  • Attend all incoming e-mail and provide response within 24 hours
  • Ensure surprise check is conducted on required intervals
  • NPS: Ensure assigned NPS target is achieved by representing FAB values
  • Work closely with BM to determine how to best achieve sales targets for Classic and Advantage customer

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network function
