Manage and grow relationships with our existing client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services. Additionally, the role is responsible for onboarding new clients annually.

المسؤوليات

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure timely contract renewals and maintain high client retention rates
  • Identify opportunities to upsell new services and solutions
  • Successfully onboard two new clients per year
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with Technology Vendors to protect against competition
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports for management

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client success roles prefer within KSA Area and Software industry
  • Candidates must be based in KSA
  • Proven track record in upselling and renewals within a B2B environment
