Program and Project Specialist

Responsible for planning, designing, executing, and monitoring programs and initiatives in alignment with the entity's goals and strategy. Ensures that the initiative or project proceeds according to the approved plan and achieves the targeted results.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare initiative plans including objectives, scope, and target audience
- Develop event plans for each initiative
- Estimate budgets and resources
- Oversee the implementation of initiatives
- Coordinate with partners and executing entities
- Manage risks and operational challenges
- Organize events such as conferences, meetings, and workshops
- Coordinate with suppliers (photography, event organizers, logistics)
- Direct communication with government entities, partners, and sponsors
- Submit purchase requests and invoices
- Archive all documents related to initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Public Relations, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or Minimum of 2 years of experience in program and project management
