Relationship Officer Telesales responsible for meeting targets through outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. You will promote banking products, maintain service standards, and ensure accurate document submission.

- Make outbound calls to promote banking products
- Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure error-free and accurate submission of documents
- Provide market feedback on competition
- Maximize cross-sell of banking products
- Follow up on prospective leads for closure
- Follow scripts and telephone etiquette standards
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales in UAE market (advantageous)
- Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products
