Business Development Director - Sustainable Infrastructure

This role is a high-impact, executive-level position focused on driving business growth and strategic partnerships in sustainable infrastructure projects. The Business Development Director will lead complex sales initiatives, develop multi-year client strategies, and secure high-value opportunities through consultative, C-level engagement. This position involves structuring innovative deals, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering long-term value to clients through renewable and infrastructure solutions.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute business development strategies for sustainable infrastructure and IaaS solutions
- Engage with C-level executives to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities
- Structure complex deals, including Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain partnerships
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams including sales, engineering, services, finance, legal, and operations
- Mentor and train sales partners across channels
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 5–7+ years of senior-level sales experience in ESCO, EaaS, P3, infrastructure development, or financial sales
- Demonstrated success as a strategic seller and trusted advisor at C-level engagements
- Knowledge of energy, infrastructure, and services industries
