Looking for a Team Leader with experience in managing bulk sales accounts. IAID is the biggest Performing Arts Academy in Qatar. Role involves lead generation and driving counsellors to achieve targets.

- Manage and motivate a team of counsellors
- Drive team to achieve department targets
- Lead generation and identifying potential customers
- Generate client base for various courses
- Maintain consistent customer service
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Marketing or Business)
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in same or related position
- Supervisory experience mandatory
