Lead Generation Specialist - Web3 & AI Domain - Middle East

We’re seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist with a strong grasp of the Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for leading protocols and crypto ventures. Responsibilities: Research, identify, and qualify high-potential crypto projects. Perform outbound prospecting via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitter/X. Leverage automation tools to streamline prospecting. Conduct exploratory conversations with prospects. Maintain touchpoints to move leads through the funnel. Document and track activities in the CRM. Provide weekly reports on lead pipeline metrics. Collaborate with BD and marketing to refine messaging. Stay up-to-date with trends across Web3 and AI ecosystems.

- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential crypto projects and Tier-1 partners
- Perform outbound prospecting via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitter
- Leverage automation and enrichment tools to streamline prospecting
- Conduct exploratory conversations with prospects to understand needs
- Maintain regular touchpoints to move leads through the prospecting funnel
- Document and track all activities and updates in the CRM
- Provide weekly reports on lead pipeline metrics and market insights
- Analyze the competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of lead generation or SDR experience in Web3/AI/Blockchain company
- Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, DAOs, NFTs)
