Restaurant Manager (Café) — Joud Coffee

Own the café’s results end-to-end—people, product, service, and P&L. You’ll coach a winning team, deliver 5-star hospitality, and run a tight operation that hits target sales, COGS, labor, and EBITDA. Responsibilities include leading daily floor operations, P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and driving commercial KPIs.

- Lead daily floor operations (FOH & BOH)
- P&L ownership and tracking weekly flash reviews
- Budgeting and forecasting for annual outlet budget
- Drive commercial KPIs: AOV, UPC/attach-rate, NPS
- Scheduling and labor planning
- Inventory and cost control
المؤهلات
- 3–5+ years as Restaurant/Café Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a high-volume café/restaurant
- Proven P&L ownership and hands-on budgeting & forecasting experience
