We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Mason to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an Engineering Mason, you will play a crucial role in executing complex masonry work on large-scale construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will interpret blueprints, select materials, and collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate project timelines.
المسؤوليات
- Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to construct masonry structures
- Select, cut, and shape various materials including brick, concrete blocks, and natural stone
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other bonding materials
- Ensure proper alignment, level, and plumb of masonry work
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate project timelines and workflows
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean environment
- Mentor and guide junior masons and apprentices
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in masonry preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in masonry work, with a focus on large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in various masonry techniques and materials
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
