Sales Senior District Leader (USM)

Manage revenue, profitability and CTS (D&A and S&D costs) across the DC/Unit and drive commitment to meeting financial goals. You will lead people planning and provide ongoing coaching to supervisors in the North Africa beverage industry.
المسؤوليات
- Manage revenue and profitability targets
- Implement unit/DC S&D plans
- Execute yearly AOP process
- Review trade coverage plans Regularly
- Motivate and develop the sales team through coaching
- Ensure control over company assets like coolers
- Lead monthly reporting of results
المؤهلات
- Excellent business knowledge of field sales and distribution
- FMCG industry experience preferred
- Good financials background
