C3EL is seeking a cleared and experienced professional to join our team at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait. The Senior Telecommunications Technician will be responsible for the terminals supporting the SLC3S-A (Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications System - Airborne), providing executive airborne communications supporting world-wide command and control capabilities to US Government Senior Leaders.

- Must possess knowledge and experience with both tactical and commercial communications equipment
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic SATCOM terminals and associated frequency bands
- Familiarity with test equipment used for diagnosing and maintaining communication systems
- Working knowledge of strategic UHF communication systems
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
المؤهلات
- Active, in-scope Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting the installation, repair, troubleshooting, or maintenance of communications-electronic systems and equipment
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating in a tactical environment
- Proficient in Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) and Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) satellite modems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OR an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years experience, OR eleven (11) years specialized experience
