MEP Cost Control Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer – MEP to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost management, budgeting, and financial monitoring of MEP projects within the construction industry.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project costs and provide timely reports to management
- Conduct cost analysis, trend analysis, and value engineering
- Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions related to MEP projects
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to control costs effectively
- Assist in contract reviews, variation claims, and final account settlements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 10 – 15 years of experience in cost control within construction, specifically MEP projects
- Proficient in ERP software and cost control tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
