To support the Divisional Training Department to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training.
المسؤوليات
- Deliver classroom training programs
- Conduct on‑the‑job training needs assessments
- Oversee implementation of annual training plans
- Facilitate induction programs for new hires
- Manage seasonal and developmental training initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Learning and Development or corporate training
- Experience in creating training content or material
- English Fluency
