As a Legal Counsel, you will be a part of a well established legal function, supporting complex, mandates across litigation, land/property, and day-to-day advisory.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and represent cases before Saudi courts (excluding labour disputes) and quasi-judicial committees.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on day-to-day business operations from a Saudi law perspective, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Handle complex property issues such as expropriation, land ownership disputes, compensation for private land use by public entities, and interpretation of legal instruments related to state-owned lands.
- Liaise with key government authorities, ensuring compliance and effective resolution of real estate-related matters.
- Prepare pleadings, legal opinions, and advisory notes with strong Arabic drafting skills, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Saudi legal frameworks.
المؤهلات
- Must be a Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in law, from a university in KSA with GPA of 3/4 or 4/5 and above
- Licensed to practice in KSA or possess an SASL certification
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, including the ability to draft in both
