IT Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to provide comprehensive IT support for our school environment. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the school's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and digital tools for students and staff. Provide first-line technical support, install and configure computer hardware and education-specific applications. Manage network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, servers, firewalls) and perform routine system maintenance (backups, antivirus, security). Support audio-visual equipment and assist in IT procurement.

- Provide technical support to staff, teachers, and students
- Install and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software (Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Manage network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, servers, and firewalls
- Perform routine maintenance, backups, and data security updates
- Support audio-visual equipment for events and classrooms
- Train staff on digital tools and safety
- Document IT issues and maintain asset records
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in IT support, preferably in a school environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
