Affiliates Management Advisor - Medical Services

We are seeking an Affiliates Management Advisor to join our Medical Services & Affiliates Management Department (MS&AMD). The Department ensures that medical service delivery models are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with Saudi Aramco’s strategic objectives through structured governance, affiliate oversight, and stakeholder engagement across the healthcare ecosystem. Your primary role is to serve as a trusted advisor supporting the governance, oversight, and performance management of healthcare affiliates.
المسؤوليات
- Independently manage and support affiliate governance activities
- Provide professional advisory input on affiliate-related issues
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders and affiliate management
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of affiliate performance
- Analyze the financial performance of affiliates
- Coordinate with internal functions such as legal, finance, compliance, and policy units
- Prepare and review analytical materials, reports, and briefing notes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Relevant professional experience in affiliate management, governance, advisory, or related roles
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
