The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance, operational excellence, and profitability of the F&B brand across its locations. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and hands-on operational control.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches
- Drive sales growth and profitability monitoring KPIs and P&L
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards
- Manage and optimize inventory and supply chain
- Lead, train, and develop operational teams
- Monitor food quality and hygiene compliance (SFDA)
- Analyze operational performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign support
- Handle customer feedback and risk management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 7–12+ years of experience in F&B operations
- Multi-branch management exposure
- Experience in the Saudi Market is highly preferred
