Warehouse Manager

QiCard is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Baghdad to oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials using Oracle ERP. This role ensures high safety standards, inventory accuracy, and efficient client management.
المسؤوليات
- Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory, shipping)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety compliance
- Implement and manage inventory control systems (Oracle, ERP, OSP)
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Assign tasks to warehouse employees and monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to operations
- Develop and manage the warehouse budget
- Prepare regular reports on performance and financial status
المؤهلات
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management
- Proficiency in English
