To lead and manage all areas of landscape design, installation, and maintenance. The Manager, Landscape will spearhead a team, collaborate with clients, and oversee project completion within set timelines and budgets. This role involves site assessments, material selection, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
المسؤوليات
- Develop detailed landscape plans and blueprints.
- Supervise implementation of landscape plans.
- Manage landscape staff and contractors.
- Conduct site assessments to identify opportunities and constraints.
- Select appropriate landscaping materials and plants.
- Monitor and report on landscaping project milestones.
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or Agricultural Engineering, Masters is much preferrable.
- PMP certification.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Landscaping Operations (Urban).
