Roles & Responsibilities: Achieve daily telecalling targets and convert calls into scheduled client meetings. Achieve daily client meeting targets as assigned by management. Maintain a minimum 60% sales conversion ratio from daily meetings. Provide professional counseling on immigration, visa, and migration services. Follow up with assigned leads and applicants through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Follow up with prospective clients, and close sales. Maintain daily reports, client records, and follow-up status accurately. Coordinate with the documentation and processing team. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Ensure ethical sales practices and high customer satisfaction.
