EMCAP Advisory is a fast-growing boutique financial advisory firm. The role involves in-depth financial analysis of corporate clients, preparation of financial models, and managing reporting and communication between borrowers and creditors.
المسؤوليات
- Perform detailed financial analysis of corporate financial statements
- Build and maintain financial models, including projections, scenario and stress analyses
- Prepare credit analysis reports and supporting documentation for lenders and investors
- Support private credit and trade finance transactions by coordinating financial reporting between corporates and creditors
- Assist in assessing credit risk and structuring financing solutions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 7 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, commercial banking, private credit, or trade finance
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis
- Solid financial modeling and reporting skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a flexible work environment
