Decima International is seeking a Construction Project Manager for data center developments. This client-facing role involves managing multiple projects concurrently with a focus on engineering, design, and commissioning.
المسؤوليات
- Manage work delivery from start to close out.
- Perform resource analyses and identify bottlenecks.
- Review and validate project progress and contractor pay applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys.
- Mentor staff and form long-term client relationships.
المؤهلات
- 15+ years of construction project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction, civil, structural, or architectural engineering.
- Experience in client-facing positions.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and technology.
