Manager, Engineering

Provide leadership and direction for a site’s engineering department or group. Direct a staff of engineers and/or Supervisors. Define engineering strategy, continuous improvement and capital projects.
المسؤوليات
- Set, direct, and control all department and financial goals, budget and objectives
- Drive and lead the engineering department to meet business strategies
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
- Ensures quality and effectiveness of major projects through sound design and risk assessments
- Recommend and implement business strategies and engineering controls to reduce costs
- Collaborate with peers to define action plans, timelines and budgets
- Develop and manage staff through hiring and talent development
المؤهلات
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, science, or closely related discipline
- 8+ years’ experience including work as an individual contributor and supervisor/manager in Operations
- Business acumen coupled with leadership experience
