Ruby Labs is hiring a Junior Data Analyst to monitor Marketing and Product metrics in Mixpanel and Tableau. You will ensure high-quality event tracking, identify trends in large datasets, and use SQL to support team requests. The role is fully remote within 4 hours of CET and offers unlimited PTO. A degree in Math, Data Science, or Economics is required.

- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
