Human Resources Manager

Medilab SAL is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and support an upcoming HR reorganization. You will strengthen HR processes, improve employee experience, and ensure HR alignment with business needs.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Support HR reorganization by defining workflows
- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support performance management processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Prior experience supporting organizational restructuring preferred
