Ferrari Sales Manager - Alzayani Investments

Euro Motors, the official authorized dealer of Ferrari, is seeking an experienced Ferrari Sales Manager to lead and grow our luxury sports car sales operation. Responsibilities: Review, monitor, and react to monthly KPI and take P&L responsibility. Assist sales staff in closing deals. Identify and evaluate dealer local market potentials. Developing the sales plan and budget. Oversee customer acquisition and order placement process. Gaining comprehensive knowledge of competitors. Organize and manage showroom activities. Ensure correct use and follow up of CRM system. Manage stock level and age. Develop a network that generates new prospects. Manage sales executive activities and process. Promote collaboration between departments.
المسؤوليات
- Review, monitor, and react to the monthly KPI of sales and take P&L responsibility
- Assist sales staff in closing deals on a daily basis
- Developing the sales plan and budget
- Oversees the management of the whole cycle of customer acquisition
- Organize and manage showroom activities
- Ensure correct use and full follow up of CRM system
- Manage stock to ensure proper stock level and stock age
- Develop a network that generate new prospects for the business
- Manage sales executive sales process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
المؤهلات
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury automotive sales
- Managerial experience preferred
- Valid driving license
