Sales Team Leader, Club

Ocean Spray is hiring for a Sales Team Leader, Club! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates. Reporting to the Snr. Director of Sales for Walmart & Club, the Team Lead of Club will develop, plan and help drive business initiatives through collaboration with cross functional partners to achieve company objectives aligned with customer objectives. This includes the management and development of (3) Account Managers. He/she will lead in plan development across the everyday and season, food and beverage businesses to deliver profitable, sustainable growth for Ocean Spray across the Club channel.

- Manage Club direct customer relationships at various levels with support of the account management team
- Lead business development & sales strategy for Club with support of the Sales Strategy & Marketing teams
- Develop Performance objectives and measurements for 3 direct reports
- Lead coordination and development of Annual business plans, QBR’s, Strategic Customer & Commercial Reviews
- Lead the annual process for Club channel, coordinating cross-functional needs
- Establish internal relationships to effectively influence and collaboratively achieve objectives
- Develop and implement 2-3 year plans and strategies
- Lead in development and support execution of contingency plans
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales Strategy, Category Leadership, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Own the Club P&L, IBP process and forecast accuracy
- Meet or exceed company growth objectives while adhering to trade budget
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of Sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years People Management
- Expertise in Club merchandising strategies
- Experience in P&L management and sales forecasting
