Passenger Service Coordinator responsible for participating in all activities of the Lounge to ensure that all guests are met and welcomed and admitted as per eligibility.

- Support passengers/customers in accessing the Business Lounge.
- Provide customers a smooth, hospitable experience.
- Support queries related to the Lounge.
- Support the team to enable smooth operations.
